I bought it because I wanted to have the comfort of using the trackpoint while using an external monitor, but it is not remotely comparable to my T450s keyboard.
Plus it keeps disconnecting very often and the scroll doesn't work fine in most applications. I mostly use it for writing code, and there are a lot of IDEs where I can't use the scroll function properly. It seems to be a driver issue that Lenovo refuses to fix since years. I am going to change it for the USB version that doesn't seem to be affected by these issues.

I can now use this on all my Lenovo Thinkpad laptops old an new. When I first purchased the keyboard it would only pair with my newer Lenovo work laptops. My personal laptop is much older T410, which refuses to die. The keyboard would not pair with Windows 7 on the older laptop, however once I upgraded to Windows 10 it works! I would give it a 5 if it was switchable from Bluetooth to USB as there are times when I prefer to work via Ethernet instead of wireless. Also, back-lit keyboard would work best. Otherwise good compact size and Thinkpad like keyboard. Would purchase a newer version if it had the above mentioned features.

Have been using this keyboard for two plus years. It matches my typing experience on the T430s, which is a good thing. Has some connectivity issues. The fold-out feet need some toughening up; they are the weakest point of the keyboard. They break easily and no replacement parts are available.

I ordered this with my ThinkPad Yoga, as I was getting short on USB ports, even with a 4 port USB hub. The Yoga has been replaced with a X250, but I had Bluetooth issues on both. Occasionally the keyboard seems to disconnect,. I still see it paired but the keyboard doesn't work. I have to unpair/pair to get it connected again.
Also, the keyboard sometimes will not wake up my X250 from sleep mode, or it takes many cntl key clicks to wake it up.
I found the flip out feet to raise the keyboard are weak. I reached behind my external monitor to connect a plug to my extension cord and the monitor tipped over on the keyboard. It didn't seem to hit that hard, but one of the flip out feel broke at the pivot point. Most devices I have seen with flip outs, when the flip out is stressed it simply unpins the pivot and you have to repin it. These feet were hard plastic and it broke off one of the pivot pins.
I probably won't try to get a new flip foot. I plan to get a new USB keyboard, and am just trying to find the best model. It is down to the Lenovo Compact USB keyboard and a Unicomp EnduraPro Buckling Spring USB, as I like the TrackPoint.
